Documents
The vessel's certificates and records with their numbers, expiry and survey dates and the PDF. Send a certificate PDF to the AI Assistant and it reads the details for you to check before saving.

What it does
- Title, type, folder, number, expiry date, survey due and the PDF
- Valid, expiring soon (within 60 days) and expired at a glance
- Documents for the vessel and for each asset, such as tenders
- AI reads an uploaded certificate PDF; you check the details before saving
- Expiry dates appear on the Calendar; expiring and expired counts on the Dashboard
- Expiry report as a PDF
- PDFs kept in private storage and opened through short-lived links

Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.
Why it mattersExpiry dates are visible weeks ahead, inside the app, rather than found at inspection. The paperwork for a survey is already in one place.
