LSA / FFE
LSA / FFE holds the register of life-saving and fire-fighting equipment and the monthly check of every item. Cautions and defects become tasks, and past months stay on file.

What it does
- Register of LSA and FFE items with type, location, serial, expiry and next service
- Monthly check per item: OK, Caution or Defect, with a note
- Caution or Defect adds a task to the 'LSA / FFE' To Do list (defects at high priority)
- Expiring (90 days) and expired items flagged; expiry and service dates on the Calendar
- Group by location, department or type; search by name, serial or location
- Month picker with past months read-only
- PDF export: monthly check record or full equipment register, with signature lines
