Rotation Handover
At the end of a rotation, Write my handover builds the document from the records: what was done, what is still open, what is coming. You add your own notes, mark it final and export the PDF.

- Covers the period since your last sign-on
- Done this rotation: to dos closed, maintenance logged, drills held, orders delivered
- Still open: defects, overdue jobs, overdue maintenance, open orders
- Coming up: certificates, surveys, drills due, charters, port calls
- Suppliers, agents and contractors used, and notes for each department
- Crew notes only for logins with the right to see them
- Built from the records by the app, not made up. You see it as a draft first
- Mark final, export as a PDF, and the next person can ask the AI Assistant about it
