Checklists
Checklists turns the vessel's SMS forms into procedures the crew run on a phone or tablet, from pre-departure checks to drill reports, with each run kept as a signed record.
Key capabilities
What it does
- Six step types: checks, section headers, note boxes, crew attendance, signature pads and drill type
- Hands-free runner that reads steps aloud and listens for 'done', 'stand by' or 'back'
- Pause a run and continue it later, with every part of the run kept together
- Run history per checklist with notes, attendance and signatures, and a signed PDF of each run
- Drill reports write the drill to the Drill Log and Drill Matrix
- New checklists written by hand, drafted by AI from a description, or built from your own SMS documents in Workspaces
- Run a checklist in the AI Assistant chat: items not OK become snags in To Do

Just ask the AI Assistant
- Run the pre-departure checklist.
- Pre-departure done on M/Y Ball, all OK except the starboard nav light is out.
- Make a bunkering checklist from our SMS.
Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.
Why it mattersOne format covers most of the paper forms in an SMS binder. Each run is signed, dated and kept, so the record is there when a surveyor or auditor asks.
