Key capabilities

What it does

• Sign on / sign off entries with date, port, employment status and notes
• Entries written by the AI Assistant when someone is signed on or off, together with the rotation and a diary line
• Manual entries added from the crew member's Log History tab
• History per crew member, newest first
• Answerable in the AI Assistant: who joined or left, when and where

Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.

Why it matters

When questions come up later, who was aboard and when is on record rather than remembered. It also feeds the crew member's rotation and leave history.
