Equipment
Equipment is the register of the machinery and systems on board, with make, model, location, running hours and whether each item is operational or out of service.
Key capabilities
What it does
- Make, model, serial, department, system, location and supplier for each item
- Status: Operational or Out of Service, with the out-of-service date
- Current running hours, updated from the Engine Room Log and from completed maintenance
- Hours-based maintenance tasks move to Due or Overdue as the hours rise
- Comments and column filters by department, system and status
- Through the AI Assistant: taking an item out of service also writes a Maintenance Log line and a diary line
