Crew Certificates
Crew certificates are stored against each crew member. Upload a PDF and the details are read for you: holder, certificate, number, issue and expiry dates.

- AI reading of the holder's name, certificate title, type, number, issue and expiry dates from an uploaded PDF
- Every field shown in the form to check before saving
- Passports, seaman's books, medicals, STCW and competency certificates, visas and more
- One list of all crew certificates with Valid, Expiring soon (60 days) and Expired filters
- Expiring and expired certificates counted on the Dashboard and shown on the Calendar
- Certificate expiry report exported as PDF
- Certificates added or updated through the AI Assistant

Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.
