Compliance Pack
From a regulation or safety notice, the compliance pack drafts what the crew needs: a plain summary, the procedure, actions per department and risk assessment rows. Through the AI Assistant it becomes a checklist and a draft risk assessment in one card.
In the app: a “Compliance pack” button on regulation and safety bulletins on the Crew Board, or ask the AI Assistant for one from a notice in Regulations.
What it does
- Works from the notice itself: the source PDF or text, with the instruction not to invent requirements
- Summary, key points, what has changed, step-by-step procedure and actions per department
- Hazard rows with persons at risk, controls and residual risk
- Saved to the bulletin on the Crew Board, to open again later
- In the AI Assistant: a checklist and a Draft risk assessment from a notice in the Regulations library, proposed in one card and saved only on Approve

Anything it would change comes back as a card first. Nothing is saved until you press Approve.
Why it mattersA new notice usually means half a day of reading and paperwork. The pack gives the captain a first draft of the procedure, checklist and risk assessment to review and adjust.
